The goal is to end up in the highest position in the company with your 4 pieces. The higher you climb, the more salary you earn. The sum of the 4 salaries achieved determines the winner of the game. The path to the top is not easy. There are many bottlenecks blocked by opponents. You can only overtake your own pieces. The piece on the lowest floor is always moved according to the dice roll.
