The ORBIT building block system uses a scale-accurate representation of bond lengths and bond angles of small and large chemical molecules. This allows for the assembly of complex molecules that are often inaccessible with other building kits. Additionally, chemical interactions within the molecule and between molecules can be realistically represented with the ORBIT models. This set includes nearly 500 components (including more than 240 atom centers), a sturdy large plastic sorting box for storing the components, and a colorful instruction booklet with assembly tips and numerous templates for models from all areas of chemistry.
