- Always wash your hands before using a panty liner. - Remove the packaging in which the panty liner is wrapped and keep it to dispose of it later. - Now remove the protective film on the back (sometimes the packaging also serves as a protective film). - Now stick the adhesive side of the panty liner into the bottom part of your briefs. Then throw them in the rubbish bin. Remember that panty liners should never be flushed down the toilet.
