Proper use: Trigger points are knobby muscle tensions that can arise from prolonged sitting or improper, insufficient, or excessive movement. To treat them, apply targeted pressure to the tense area with the TriggerHolz (local compression). Intensify this pressure for 30-60 seconds and then maintain it for up to 5 minutes.
