Instructions for use:

• Press the inner pouch to burst it.
• Shake the compress vigorously to mix the contents.

Notes:

• For external use only.
• Do not place the activated compress directly on the skin. Wrap it in a cloth first.
• Keep the instant cold compress out of reach of children.
• Use only under adult supervision.
• Do not open the pouch. If liquid leaks due to damage to the pouch and comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not swallow the contents. If ingested accidentally, drink plenty of water (no milk) and contact a poison control center or seek medical attention.
• Cold therapy should only be performed under medical supervision in individuals with circulatory disorders. Do not use instant cold compresses for Raynaud's syndrome.
