The BLACKROLL® Groove Pro has the same firmness level as the BLACKROLL® Pro, making it very firm. The additional grooves create a slight vibration effect during fast rolling, which enhances blood circulation and stimulates receptors in connective tissue and muscles when used during warm-ups. The Groove Pro is particularly used in competitive sports. It is also suitable for classic applications similar to the BLACKROLL® Pro.
