Use/Recommendation for use: Take 1/2-1 tablet daily with a meal, unchewed, with sufficient liquid. In case of increased magnesium requirements, such as due to heavy physical strain in combination with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If there is only an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.

Further information: Gluten- and lactose-free, vegan. Not suitable for children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and persons with impaired kidney function. Amounts of more than 250 mg magnesium may have a laxative effect on sensitive persons.
