Application:
Step 1:
Pull the knee brace over the right/left foot. The label should be on the front.

Step 2:
Pull the brace over the right/left knee, placing the patella insert around the kneecap. Ensure that the insert encircles the kneecap.

Step 3:
Pull the brace up the leg until the additional stabilizers are evenly positioned on the right and left sides of the knee.
