This community mask/mouth/nose mask makeshift mask/mouth covering is not a medical device and is not an item of personal protective equipment. It does not have the appropriate certification, nor has it been medically tested.

MNBs do not filter germs or viruses from the air you breathe, and they do not protect you or others from transmission of SARS-CoV-2, as these masks have not been shown to be protective. Even when wearing an MNB, regular hand washing and keeping a safe distance from other people remain a top priority!

The MNB should be washed after one use and then dried completely. The manufacturer's instructions for the washing process must be observed. Please also observe any manufacturer's instructions on the maximum number of washing processes after which the strength and functionality of the MNB is still given.
