Mouth-nose coverings do not filter germs or viruses from the air we breathe and do not protect you or others from the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, as no protective effect has been demonstrated for these masks. Even when wearing a mouth-nose covering, regular handwashing and maintaining a safe distance from others remain the top priority!

The mouth-nose coverings should be washed after single use and then completely dried. The manufacturer's instructions for the washing process must be followed. Please also note any manufacturer specifications regarding the maximum number of washes after which the durability and functionality of the mouth-nose covering are still guaranteed.
