Due to intense strain on the calf during sports or leisure activities, muscle pain can occur. A cramp, a strain, or a muscle fiber tear in the calf can be particularly uncomfortable. Muscle injuries require a few days of rest to heal. After that, wearing a calf support can be beneficial.

The calf compression stocking exerts light pressure on the tissue. This pressure relieves the muscles and can help alleviate pain.
