Application instructions: Inserting sclera contact lenses requires a bit more skill and experience than with smaller lenses. If you have no experience with inserting contact lenses, we recommend visiting your optician or ophthalmologist for advice and assistance during your first insertion. In general, use your index finger, middle finger, and thumb to hold the sclera lenses, as they will not stay on your fingertips due to their size. Make sure the lenses are well moistened with contact lens solution. Gently slide the lens under your upper eyelid first. Then pull down your lower eyelid and lightly press the lower edge of the lens. If insertion doesn’t work right away, just stay calm.
