Modulen IBD Powder (400g)

For nutritional needs in Crohn's disease - fully balanced, with TGF-ss2 - neutral taste.

Application
1. Wash hands. Choose the desired amount and energy density of the finished product from the dosage table.
2. Pour boiled water, cooled to room temperature, into a clean container.
3. Use the provided measuring spoon to take the desired amount of powder.
4. Add the powder to the water and stir vigorously immediately.
5. After use, store the measuring spoon in the can as shown.

Amount of finished product:

• 250ml, 250kcal: 210ml water, 6 measuring spoons (=50g) powder
• 250ml, 375kcal: 190ml water, 9 measuring spoons (75g) powder
• 1000ml, 1000kcal: 850ml water, 24 measuring spoons (=200g) powder
• 1000ml, 1500kcal: 750ml water, 36 measuring spoons (=300g) powder

A level measuring spoon: 8.3 g.

Caution: Do not change the water/powder ratio. Follow the instructions for use or medical advice.

Notes
Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Consume the contents of the can within 4 weeks after opening. When used as a drinking food: Consume the prepared drink immediately or within 4 hours at room temperature if covered, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Tastes best when chilled. When used as enteral nutrition: Transfer the prepared product into a sterile enteral feeding system with an empty bag and administer within 4 hours.
