Hey there, I've been using red light for 4-5 years almost daily. The research on red light in particular is pretty substantial, so much so it is used in clinical settings. Based on the reputation of the brand and the level of execution, I fully trust the reliability of the product.
I've seen great results in the evenness of my skin tone, lowering of inflammation, overall hydration, but once again everyone is different and lifestyle probably contributes more to that than using a device for 9 minutes a day.

As for the vibrations, it's a good stress relief, feels good on the eyebrow area, but I got sick of the rattling sound so I disable it on most days.
