What is it?

Silver comes in all shapes and sizes. To save costs, silver solutions or silver particles so small that they penetrate the surface of the skin (nanosilver) are often used.

nuud instead uses microsilver, which are much larger silver particles (that cannot penetrate the skin) and - this is not a silver solution; the silver in nuud is 99.9% pure.

How does it work?

Silver has a natural antibacterial effect. Therefore, it inhibits bacteria in a natural way.

Why is it in nuud?

It prevents the development of perspiration odour by inhibiting the proliferation of the bacteria that cause it.
