What model is this? According to the manufacturer's website, the unit should have a designation of HEM-7530T-E3. In the linked user manual, the unit is called BP7900. Please specify, thank you.

The instructions enclosed in the packaging also list the model designation (the same is offered on Omron's download page). Presumably it is an older and a newer version of the instructions or for different groups of beetles (medical practices, private persons). The version of the enclosed manual is dated 20.11.2020. The one with BP7900 has no date or a copyright of 2021.
The model number HEM-7530T-E3 is written on the rear label.
