All these functions help you plan and record your training sessions and make them more effective and enjoyable. Other functions include an app-based automatic time setting correction and other functions for more efficient timekeeping, as well as automatic LED lighting to make training in dimly lit areas easier. Back wings on the inside of the bands where they connect to the case, a new band ring shape that prevents slippage, and more band holes that allow for better adjustment of band thickness make for a more comfortable wear.
