Andrew Stordy grew up in Burundi, a country that depends on its coffee production, and this is just one of the inspirations behind IKAWA – its name is the Kirundi word for “coffee”. Focussing on your coffee consumption at home while also working to improve the value chain for smallholder producers, it creates the Smart Home Roaster System kitted out with a patented small-batch roasting system.
