Magna-Tiles

Magna-Tiles® magnetic shapes were the invention of a Japanese math professor who wanted to give his students a hands-on experience while learning geometric shapes and concepts. In 1997, Magna-Tiles® were introduced in the United States with the goal of encouraging unstructured, imaginative play and introducing STEM concepts to children - and the rest is history.

Today, Magna-Tiles® are the best-known magnetic building blocks in the U.S. and have successfully combined math, science and creativity for more than 20 years. Teachers, parents and children love the dynamic and technical nature of our products. Magna-Tiles® and the newly launched Magna-Qubix® are based outside of Chicago, Illinois.
