Hello Germany! We are Galaxus. Who are we and what can you expect? Frank Hasselmann, Managing Director of Galaxus Deutschland, is happy to explain in the interview and video.
Which products does Galaxus offer?
Frank Hasselmann: For starters, we’ve got a range of products in the sectors IT, consumer electronics and telecommunications. We’re launching the shop with about 50,000 products. More categories will follow step by step. We’re aiming for a full range equivalent to what we offer in Switzerland.
What is Galaxus’ price policy?
It will be similar to our Swiss shop. In other words, on par with relevant competitors. However, as we purchase our range from merchants and manufacturers in Germany, there will be price differences compared to our Swiss shops.
Will Galaxus have a warehouse in Germany?
Yes, we ship our products from our warehouse in Krefeld. Krefeld is a perfect location for us. From here, we can generally provide next-day delivery for online shoppers all over Germany.
