Hello, would it be possible to add Percale as a material filter for sheets, duvet covers/pillowcases? Just like other materials such as satin for example, the fabric is different even though it is also made of cotton. I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. I am looking for a 4TB SSD to put in an OWC Express 1M2 enclosure. I have a Mac with 3 TB5 ports, and the goal is to store my RAW files as well as my video projects. Nothing very demanding... Dear Community I have chronic tennis elbow and have already tried vertical mice, trackballs, and ergonomically shaped mice. However, none of it helped. Has anyone else had the same experiences, and what helped you? Let me know. All this in addition to all the stretching and exercises to address muscle shortening. @ Digitec: would this be worth a more in-depth article? I'm certainly not the first and only one to have these problems.

I've been a customer of Digitec/Galaxus for many years and used to consider them one of the most reliable online retailers in Switzerland. However, over the past year or so, my experience has become increasingly frustrating. More than half of my recent orders have been shipped or delivered later than the advertised delivery date. While occasional delays are understandable, it has become common enough that I no longer trust the delivery estimates shown when ordering. I've also had several cases where the wrong product was shipped, which meant spending additional time dealing with returns and reordering, or products also arrived damaged due to the bad handling of the delivery services. What frustrates me most is that these problems are no longer isolated incidents. Delays, incorrect shipments, and other fulfillment issues seem to occur far more frequently than they did a few years ago. The overall experience feels noticeably less reliable than it used to be. I'm curious whether others have noticed the same trend recently or whether I've simply had a streak of bad luck. Has anyone else experienced a decline in service quality from Digitec/Galaxus over the past year?

It would be good for Galaxus or Digitec to include a photo of the keyboard, because there is a difference between the German and Swiss French versions. Even though both are QWERTZ, many special characters will not be in the right place.

Planzer does not deliver or leaves the parcels somewhere. The company does not respond to enquiries. And then there's the naïve talk that we want to improve. We've probably had enough time, but it remains as it is, useless. As long as this company delivers, you have to think carefully about whether you want to continue this behaviour.
