Hello together I have to vent my frustration about the current development at Galaxus/Digitec. The name used to stand for reliability and transparency, but today it feels more and more like gambling on a cheap marketplace. The problem is that Galaxus is opening its doors to third-party providers (Marketplace) who obviously don't take the truth about stock levels very seriously. My current example: An item is advertised as 'in stock' with a 3-5 day delivery time. As soon as the money is gone, it says 'delivery delayed'. If you then look in the shop again, the item is still advertised as 'in stock' by the same retailer (in my case a monitor VESA adapter). In my opinion, this is systematic customer deception in order to secure sales. The icing on the cake: If you then want to cancel your order, it is blocked with the phrase 'order already processed', while the status has been set to 'delayed' for days. As a buyer, you are therefore in a hostage situation: no goods, no money back, but the shop continues to cheerfully lie. Is Galaxus now just a glorified interface for unreliable dropshippers? Where is the quality control for your partners? How many of you have had similar experiences recently with these "ghost stocks"?" Transparency update: The exact same adapter I ordered through Galaxus is available directly from the manufacturer/Amazon for 14.96 CHF with delivery in 2 days. Galaxus partner charges CHF 43, has not delivered for a week despite 'stock' and is blocking the cancellation. This is not trading, this is usury coupled with incompetence. Galaxus, put an end to this circus because although I was refunded the money after a refreshing conversation with the dealer in the Community corner, the whole thing has a bad aftertaste. After all, who can guarantee the customer that a dropshipper who advertises with over 67K items in stock doesn't actually have a single screw on site? In my opinion, such companies should be clearly labelled as dropshippers so that the end consumer can choose for themselves whether they want to pay three times the price for an order brokerage and have to wait forever, while the delivery details are obviously pulled out of thin air.

I have had the Tolino e-reader for years, the 4th one already. I always have problems with the screen after a while (software hangs up). I have all my books at Orell Füssli. and also some unread ones. nevertheless I would like to get away from Tolino. At the moment I'm mainly interested in the Kobo devices. Has anyone already made the switch? Or had other experiences? Which e-reader would you recommend for a lot of reading?

I bought a Celexon Ollo Economy screen 4:3; 78.74,43 14 days ago for 134.--. Today the exact same screen is on sale for no less than 92.90. What have I done wrong and paid over 42 francs too much? Can you explain this to me?

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

Can you find decorative cardboard container books on Galaxus? They look like real books, but if you lift the cover, they are empty inside and are used to store remote controls, cables or other objects.

What is your experience with the new CPU? Is it massively better than the AMD Ryzen 9-9950X3D ? What were the temperatures in the benchmarks? How high were your benchmark scores? Thanks to its 32GB, the B70 Pro from Intel will be of interest to some people who are interested in AI/LLMs. Are there any plans to include the card in the range, or will I end up having to order it in the EU?

Hello I wear size 40 shirts, but with standard shirts I always have to have the sleeves shortened by about 3cm. There are shirts with extra-long sleeves, are there also shirts with extra-short sleeves? I don't mean short-sleeved shirts, that's something else again.

Once upon a time there was an online retailer called Digitec, which was known throughout the country as the fastest, best, cheapest and coolest of its kind. If you ordered by 5 p.m., you could be sure: The messenger would be at the door the next day - as reliable as the Amen in church. People loved him for it, and his reputation grew with every parcel that arrived on time. But with fame came ambition. Digitec wanted to get bigger and bigger, further and further out into the world. New warehouses were built, new paths were taken and finally the decision was made to change the delivery company - everything was to become faster, more modern and more efficient. At first it seemed like a smart move. However, customers soon realised that something was no longer right. Parcels arrived later than promised, some wandered around the country for days, and others disappeared almost as if by magic. The former certainty turned into doubt. And over time, the once humble merchant became an arrogant giant who believed his customers would remain loyal to him no matter what. But the people began to grumble. "In the past," they said, "you could rely on him. Today it's a matter of luck." And so people still remember the time when everything was simpler - and how quickly even the best can lose their magic when they forget what made them great. And if they haven't learnt, customers are still waiting today.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an air purifier that works on a balcony? I have a neighbour who smokes cheap cigars and poisons the air. I've tried fans, room scent dispensers, bowls of vinegar, etc. Thanks!

For all those who have bought Gigabyte Aorus products in the last few weeks: There is a cashback promotion! Both digitec and Galaxus are listed as participating DE/AT/CH retailers, no idea why digitec is not communicating this properly. https://promotion.aorus.com/de... Buy in the period from 8 December 2025, 00:01 (CET), to 27 December 2025, 23:59 (CET). December 2025, 23:59 (CET), purchase a graphics card, motherboard or monitor (Zone A) according to Table 1 (the "Selected Products") from one of the participating retailers and then register according to the promotion terms and conditions to qualify for a cashback reward.

Hello Digitecler(s) I am looking for a telephone, 1 or duo set, that is compatible with Salt Fibre Box Wi-Fi 7+. It must therefore be equipped with, I believe, an RJ11 socket. Could you tell me which brand of phone is best suited for this. Thank you in advance for your expert advice! It must have a Swiss plug for mains and telephone cable! Happy New Year to you all! Thank you very much

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Thank you very much for reading along and for your opinions.

I have bought a second-hand Apple iPad 2 and iPad 7 with the iCloud activation lock switched on. Does anyone know how to this (if possible someone who has done it themselves)? I have tried it with the software AnyMP4 iPhone Unlocker, and Wondershare Dr.Fone, but without success...thanks in advance for any suggestions...!

I ordered a GoPro Polar White (order no. 181294391) on 17.3.26 at reduced prices of 289.- instead of 349.-, I kept reading 10 in stock from third party suppliers, then 9 then 8... Now it is suddenly no longer available, but it is available with an SD card and/or as a 349.- version. A rather strange sales strategy. What a pity.

Dear Galaxus Team I have lost the key for the Veloarm on my Hamax Cocoon. Can you add the spare part to the range? Hamax article number: 603307

Hello Team Galaxus In my experience, there are problems with orders in your shop, but unfortunately also consistently with offers from third-party suppliers. It's your support team that gets annoyed because with every order you state when the product will be delivered as specified by the third-party provider, but in my experience the reality is always different. Therefore, my suggestion is to indicate for each product which third-party supplier it is and let the Community rate the suppliers. This will at least give customers the opportunity to avoid orders from unreliable suppliers and you will quickly know which suppliers will damage your image in the long term. The frustration of your customers will rightly shift to the third-party providers. Suppliers who do not adhere to agreements can be weeded out without you having to do much work in the selection process.

Has anyone had any experience with Kaufsignal, a supplier on the digitec marketplace. I have been waiting much longer than expected for delivery. It doesn't seem very reliable to me. But I suppose a purchase contract is a purchase contract and at some point they have to deliver or offer a replacement, right?

I am a friend of filters that allow the filtering of a range. However, there are cases where this makes no sense. For example, with filter threads. If a lens has 52mm filter diameter, 52mm filters fit. It should be possible to choose that. The fact that the filter behaves strangely with ranges does not make it more practical.

I am looking for a system in which I can combine 4 to 5 buttons on 2 - 3 bells. Each button should control all the bells in parallel. Unfortunately, I can't find anything suitable here or I can't see whether the systems can be expanded with additional buttons.
