At the moment it is quite difficult to find out which type of socket the 230VAC output has. - Descriptions are not always clear - Product pictures may show SchuKo but be Type13 - Some product names explicitly include "(CH)", others do not. - The existing filter "Existing connections" is a jumble of DC output specifications, "SchuKo", (cigarette lighter, 12V mobile car connection which is probably exactly the same) and "AC Output". The filter also causes more confusion than clarification. First of all, this "Existing Connections" filter should be actively consolidated by an expert employee. Furthermore, it would be nice if the values "EU"/"SchuKo", "CH", "Muricaaa", "Tea Time" were simply and correctly differentiated and reliably filtered in the filter.

Digitec hasn't had a deal of the day for the last few days either, only Galaxus had one. Will this no longer be offered regularly in future or will it be cancelled altogether? That would be a shame, even if the offers used to have more appeal.

Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

Since the beginning of May 2026, Bose has discontinued the cloud services of the app and speaker. This means that the system, which came onto the market 13 years ago, can still be used via Bluetooth, Spotify and the like, but is greatly reduced in comparison to its previous use. Unfortunately, Bose doesn't seem to offer a successor product, even though the Soundtouch speakers made really great sound, and I can't support the switch to Sonos because of the software problems. So what next? After all, we have 8 speakers and an integration into the home cinema, which still work perfectly. In addition to the financial "damage" and the time and effort required to replace them, I find the sustainability strategy of large corporations and now especially Bose really questionable, even reprehensible. At least you used to be able to listen to the radio synchronised in several rooms via FM, which was also destroyed with DAB. I have chosen a date with morning delivery (8am-12pm) by making an appointment with Planzer. At 2pm I receive a call that the appointment cannot be kept and we have to make a new appointment. Fine, so I reschedule the appointment with the carrier for the next day (8-11am) with a 30-minute phone call in advance and deposit. Today 11.43am, on hold for 18 minutes on the phone to find out where my delivery is! Galaxus, I am otherwise really very satisfied, but what is this? In the delivery options I have selected extra post. Ok, I understand that other delivery services apply to third party products, but you could oblige the third party suppliers to stop using Planzer. Community, have you also had cases like this with Planzer and any solutions for punctual Planzer delivery? PS: Still on hold (25min) :(

This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. I'd love to find a USB charger that charges with PowerDelivery 3.1 at 240 W. But for all the chargers that provide 240 W, this value is shared between the ports. I'd like to know how much power can be supplied when a port is in use. This is particularly critical for navigating the charger power jungle, especially with the EU requirement to support USB-C charging for computers with a power block of up to 240W.

Hello dear Galaxus Team From my point of view, a decisive factor for the purchase of a charger is the power consumption at no load. I assume that most users like me leave the charger connected 24x365 to 230V because they are too lazy (please don't let the discussion go in this direction, I am also working on this point ;-). According to some test reports, there are big differences (between 0.002W and 0.9W). In particular, there seem to be big differences in chargers with USB PD that provide up to 60W of power. According to the EU regulation, the manufacturer should actually provide the information since 1.4.2020 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-cont...). It would be great if you could demand this for us customers. I am willing to pay a little more for an energy-efficient appliance, but unfortunately I don't have the relevant information at the moment, or it would take me a lot of time to find it. TLTR: Looking for new mobile, Android, price max. 1000, camera at least as good as Huawei P30 Pro (5x optical zoom/10x hybrid), display as insensitive/long-lasting as possible so that no images burn in, NO curved display, battery MUST last 2 days with normal use. Hello together I'm looking for a worthy replacement for my Huawei P30 Pro. Must be an Android phone! Preferably priced between 500-800 francs but if there is something that is technically so very convincing I can up the budget to 1000. As I use the same app a lot, after 4.5 years a picture has unfortunately become permanently burnt onto the display. As the phone is already "old", I would like to replace it completely. The display should therefore be as durable as possible. Do you think it's worth opting for Amoled? The most important thing for me with the phone is the camera. With the 5x optical zoom, the P30Pro fulfils my needs. This zoom function is sometimes very important to me. The new phone should therefore offer at least an equally good camera with an identically good optical zoom (or have solved the whole thing technically so well that there is no difference with the digital zoom). I think the other technical details are of little importance to the 0815 user. The difference will probably rarely be noticeable in daily use and will minimally correspond to the standard of a 4.5 year old Huawei. I would prefer to have a Huawei again, but without Google Services it's a no-go for me and I don't want to "hack" it either. At first I considered the Xiaomi 13 Pro / Xiaomi 13 T Pro and the Oppo Find X5... Are there any other candidates? Is the Xiaomi 13 Pro justifiably so much more expensive than the 13 T Pro?
