Old specifications E14 Max. 25 Watt ?
Is it correct that an LED 6.5W, E14 can be screwed into the lamps where the base is labelled Max. 25 Watt according to presumably old specifications? 6.5 LED corresponds to a 60 watt bulb according to earlier specifications.

Table mount wanted...
I am looking for a holder for my smartphone (Samsung) that can be mounted on the edge of a table (not a stand), has a neck (e.g. gooseneck) and does not require a clamp for the mobile (e.g. magnetic). A 'nice-to-have' would be if the mobile could be charged directly in the holder. Does anyone know of such a model?

Shipping with Planzer
Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Best regards, SF

Dehydrator for pollen
I am looking for an affordable (max 300.--) household dehydrator for pollen. Pretty much all the suppliers I have looked at have sieves that are too big and not enough accessories on sale. Who knows what to do?

Pan for sauces
Hello everyone I bought the de buyer Mineral B frying pan. I have heard that it is not suitable for tomatoes (because of the acidity) or dairy products, for example. Now I wanted to ask the Community which pans would be good all-rounders for tomatoes or other sauces such as Bolognese or cream sauces, as you usually fry the meat in them and then stir in the sauce. Thank you!

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 - Cracks in the display
About a year ago, I bought the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 from Galaxus. After just under a year, fine cracks have appeared in the display, right at the crease. The manufacturer is now refusing to honour the warranty because there is still minor damage to the cover!!!! In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the display. I am very disappointed with this service and advise everyone not to buy such a device from Samsung. From my side, the case will now be forwarded to legal protection. Let's see what happens....

Galaxus Mobile Internet
Hi, Recently I tried to order the new 10G internet connection from Galaxus but I had a terrible experience. Some days after the order I get the email "The connection for your Galaxus Internet 10 Gbit/s Fiber is ready." but before this i have contacted online support because I clearly specified that I need a technician to check my apartment because I lack a fiber socket (we have fiber in the building but not in the apartment). After a couple discussions with online support they said they will send the techniciant again... and yet again someone maybe came to my building but I was never contacted and no one came to my apartment. Today I get another email "Your Galaxus Internet connection has been activated" and I simply could not take it anymore and canceled the whole contract. Clearly something really bad is happening with the technician skills/understanding of the issue. Feedback: Portal and order was great and straight forward. Online chat support guys were great. Technician (Swisscom) should pay me if they want me to work with them ever again, I assume the tech people are from Swisscom. @GalaxusFinalBoss you should look into this! Thanks!

Anyone have experience with cables and chargers from the brand Digitec?
Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy some new charging cables and possibly a charger, and I've been eyeing the Digitec brand. Their prices seem good, but I wanted to check if anyone here has used their products before making a purchase. How's the durability? Do they charge at good speeds? Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Contacting customer service
You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

I need help finding an ergonomic office/ gaming chair.
I'm currently using a Noblechairs EPIC, I actually like the way you feel "hugged" when you sit in it. However, the seat is very hard, which leads to pain in my buttocks and lower back, and the lumbar cushion is also rather disappointing as it doesn't really do anything. The range is huge, I want something that fits into my gaming setup, preferably all black. I'm willing to pay up to about 400fr, what would be good options? If this could possibly be relevant, my desk is 72cm high. I am about 190cm tall. Thanks in advance :)

Voucher validity Expired
Good afternoon, At the beginning of the Corona period, I received vouchers worth CHF 170 as a PDF file by e-mail from my work colleague at Migros MGB. Unfortunately, the e-mail got lost in the flood of e-mails. Yesterday I discovered that the vouchers expired on 20 May 2022. Would it be possible to reactivate them or extend the validity period? I would be happy to forward you the vouchers as a PDF. It would be a great pity if I could no longer use the vouchers.

Search for insurance!
I've heard that you can even insure your arse here on earth. But I haven't found any that would insure me against bullying or hatred. I don't know why.

Compare function no longer functional?
I wanted to compare 3 smartphones today, but the worm seems to be in it. The specifications are no longer displayed. Is this generally the case? Has something been tweaked?

ChatGPT Français: what do you think about AI in our daily digital lives?
Hello everyone, I'm becoming increasingly interested in French-language artificial intelligence tools, in particular the French ChatGPT, which seems to be transforming the way we communicate, learn and work. I personally use it to write texts, improve my professional emails and even structure my ideas for personal projects. I find the tool fluid, relevant and fairly well adapted to the French language (even if AI sometimes misses a few nuances). So I was wondering if some of you also use it on a daily basis? Do you think this type of tool is really useful in the long term? Have you tried it in a professional, academic or creative context? Would you recommend it to someone new to computing or writing? I'd love to hear your feedback, whether you're enthusiastic or sceptical. Thanks in advance for sharing!

Supply of electronic products with a German plug
For some time now, I have noticed that more and more electronic products are being supplied with a German plug (type F, Schuko) instead of the plug type used in Switzerland (type J), often without any labelling on the product. This practice is impractical and annoying from the customer's point of view in several respects: Space problem with sockets: the German plug requires significantly more space and often blocks neighbouring sockets, especially with multiple sockets. Need for an adapter: An additional adapter is required to be able to use the devices at all. These are often bulky and impair handling. Time-consuming replacement process: In many cases, a separate complaint has to be registered in order to obtain a suitable adapter or a plug replacement. This is cumbersome and causes unnecessary expense. As a Swiss customer, I expect products for the local market to be delivered with the right plug. I would therefore ask you to review your internal processes and supply chains and ensure that devices are supplied with a Swiss plug as standard or at least with a suitable, high-quality adapter. Thank you for your attention and I hope to see a rapid improvement on this point. Kind regards
