The Premium Nozzles from PrimaCreator are a range of replacement nozzles that can make a bigger difference in your results than you might think. A high-quality nozzle is like a sharp pencil; you need it to achieve a good print.

All nozzles from PrimaCreator are made from high-quality brass or steel (depending on the type) and are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility. All nozzles are produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that the filament has a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which naturally leads to better prints. After this process, the material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.

The nozzle is now shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. Removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it significantly impacts the results. If too many sharp edges remain on the nozzle, it becomes more prone to clogging. Therefore, it is essential that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, some nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that all specifications are met and that the surface is in perfect condition. The nozzles are then inspected one last time and individually packaged in a protective box - ready for shipping to you.

Recommendations

To achieve the best results and optimal print quality, we strongly recommend re-leveling the build plate after switching to a new nozzle. Please note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.
