AF116 to AF750 contactors from 55 to 400 kW AC-3 (400 V) represent the compact series with AC/DC control and very wide coil voltage ranges. Only four coils cover control voltages from 20 to 500 VDC and 24 to 500 VAC, without the need for additional cancelling elements. This means that they can be used worldwide with only small variations. AF116 to AF370 are also available in versions that can be controlled directly from a PLC; from AF400 upwards, a PLC input is available as standard. AF contactors switch power circuits with motors, slightly inductive, or non-inductive loads. Up to two 2-pole auxiliary switches can be mounted on the right and left side. All auxiliary break contacts are designed as mirror contacts in accordance with IEC60947-5-1 Annex L. Further accessories such as terminal covers, wiring aids, and interlocking links complete the range.
