The 3-pole TAL16 relays are primarily used for controlling three-phase motors and generally for controlling power circuits up to 690V AC or 220V DC. The relays can also be used for many other applications such as isolation, capacitor switching, and lighting. The single-tier, 3-pole relays of the TAL series are designed in a block construction.
