The Core Distro Plate from Alphacool with VPP Apex pump is an essential component for any custom water cooling setup. Core Design
A core element of Alphacool's Core Design series is the chrome-plated G1/4" brass fittings. In the Core Distro Plate, the fittings are recessed rather than being screwed into a thread as is usual. This design choice allows Alphacool to avoid potential leakage issues caused by cracking from the direct screwing of the fittings into the acrylic. The fittings are two-part, equipped with an O-ring, and counter each other during installation in the acrylic. This not only ensures absolute tightness of each individual fitting but also contributes to the clear and functional aesthetic of the Alphacool Core Design series.
