The development focused on achieving high performance. To this end, Alphacool has developed the A.B.M., the so-called Air Breaker Mat. The function of this mat is simple but very effective. The mounted fans have dead spots that can be found in the corners and directly under the fan hub. The air blown in by the fans breaks within the mat and is evenly distributed across the entire radiator surface. As a result, the radiator is particularly efficient compared to standard radiators, even with very slowly rotating fans. Enthusiasts of especially quiet systems will greatly appreciate this.

As is customary with Alphacool, all water-carrying parts are made of copper, except for the connections, which are made of brass. The cooling fins of the radiator are also entirely made of copper. The radiator features six connection options, allowing it to be mounted and connected in any desired position. Alphacool does not compromise on aesthetics. All side panels are made of aluminum and feature a blue-lit Alphacool logo.

The side panels can also be removed for customization, for example, to repaint them.
