The compensation tanks of the aqualis series are equipped with a borosilicate glass tube, which, in contrast to the plexiglass often used for tube compensation tanks, has very high hardness and scratch resistance, very low thermal expansion and excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The glass tube has an inner diameter of 75 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. Base and lid of the aqualis series are made of Delrin, the lid and base are connected by a nickel-plated brass tube.
The aqualis base for pump adapters are equipped with connecting flanges on the underside and can only be used with a suitable Aqua computer pump adapter!

Special features: Optionally, up to two lighting modules can be mounted in two G1/4 threads (not included).

Special features: An optical highlight is the integrated water column effect. When the return pipe is connected to the connection in the base, the water flows through the central brass tube to the cover and exits there through eight openings, which is a real eye-catcher, especially in connection with lighting. A thin plexiglass plate close to the bottom of the aqualis minimizes the introduction of air into the circuit. These articles also have a plexiglass window integrated into the base and offer space for the installation of up to six LEDs (type 5 mm, not included in delivery).

All 450 ml variants are also available with an optional nanocoating that allows water to simply roll off the inside of the glass tube.
