The Audio-Technica ATH-M60xa is a metal profile, closed-back monitoring headphone suitable for studio use, program production, and mobile recording work. The large 45mm driver units with voice coils and neodymium magnets are the same as those found in the ATH-M50xa headphones, known for their classic sound quality. It offers excellent sound reproduction across the entire frequency range and precise response in bass reproduction. The detachable cable and three different cable options provide comfortable alternatives for various situations. The memory foam material of the headphones and their good fit keep external distractions at bay and ensure comfort even during long sessions. The ATH-M60xa is otherwise identical to its successful predecessor, the ATH-M60x, but the physical dB limiter has been removed.
