With the DECT telephone FRITZ!Fon X6 (also available in white), AVM presents an all-round talent for telephony and for the Smart Home. The support of Full-Duplex HD, also with the integrated hands-free
function, and the powerful battery enable long telephone calls in high voice quality. In addition, smart home devices such as lamps or sockets can be switched. A freely assignable favourite key, an illuminated keypad and the intuitive menu navigation support the user in telephony, navigation and the use of services. Equipped with an answering machine, phone books, call blocking and comfort features, the FRITZ!Fon X6 also impresses with a brilliant colour display (2.4") and an extended battery life.
The FRITZ!Fon X6 is optimally designed for the digital home and for use in the home office. The FRITZ!Fon X6 can be used to control applications in the smart FRITZ! home network, such as the radiator controllers FRITZ!DECT 302 and 301 and the smart LED lamp FRITZ!DECT 500. Guests can be quickly called into the home WLAN by displaying a QR code, and the WLAN can also be switched on and off at the touch of a button. Internet services such as receiving e-mails, Internet radio, news feeds and podcasts are possible with the FRITZ!Fon X6. In addition, the FRITZ!Fon X6 can receive live images from a video intercom system. The integrated media player makes it possible to conveniently play music or photos stored on the FRITZ!Box or other media servers - if desired, even on the Smart TV or a WLAN speaker.
FRITZ!Fon X6 supports all the comfort features known from the product series, including the announcement of callers and calendar entries, baby monitor, start-up display with weather forecast and alarm function. In combination with a FRITZ!Box, up to 5 digital answering machines, a clearly arranged call list and telephone books with up to 300 entries are available. Incoming calls, messages on the answering machine, e-mails and software updates are signalled on the FRITZ!Fon via display and MWI key and are available at the touch of a button. Longer battery life is ensured by the enlarged battery, smart energy management and a sensitive brightness sensor that adjusts the illumination of the display and keypad to the ambient light. The integrated motion sensor wakes the phone from standby when the user picks it up.
All FRITZ!Box models with an integrated DECT base station - whether for DSL, fibre, cable or LTE - are ideal for the FRITZ!Fon X6. The FRITZ!Box provides all data services and comfort functions for the FRITZ!Fon. Settings can be made conveniently via the FRITZ!Box user interface. All voice, audio and control data are transmitted securely encrypted via the DECT radio. When DECT Eco Mode is activated, the FRITZ!Box and the handsets switch off the DECT radio completely in stand-by mode.
