For simultaneous monitoring of the minimum and maximum liquid level in conductive liquids. The probes (not included in the scope of delivery) can be easily made by yourself with contact surfaces on the vessel wall or with rod/cable electrodes.
Mode of operation: Four electrodes are mounted in the liquid container, which protrude into the medium up to the desired switching point. According to the water contact, the filling level is signaled by four LEDs. When the container is completely empty, the red LED appears. The lower pair of electrodes is used, for example, to switch a filling valve. When the lowest electrode is released, the filling valve/pump is switched on and switched off again when the second electrode is wetted (hysteresis). The upper electrode pair is used with the same functional principle to control the upper level of e.g. a pump. The second channel does not have to be used. The switching behavior of the evaluation (filling/emptying) is selectable via two jumpers. The sensitivity of the electrodes is adjustable via potentiometer. Two potential-free relays with change-over contact are used to control the valves/pump.
Fields of application: Water replenishment/monitoring in rainwater cisterns, monitoring of condensate pans and compressor pressure vessels, boilers, springs and wells, livestock watering systems, control of pumps.
