My life story, how it all began and how one can lead a relatively beautiful life despite the diagnosis. This book is about prejudices and skills. It is perhaps most interesting to first ask: "Why am I writing a book?" when there are already so many others who have put their stories on paper. Well, I think there are several reasons in my case. On the one hand, it gives me the opportunity to see my fate in a different light. Yes, perhaps if I see it in black and white, I can cope with and process it better. On the other hand, I want to encourage borderline patients out there and show them that they are not alone. That it is possible to make it through life despite this illness. Furthermore, I want to provide tips for family members and friends on how to deal with us and clear away prejudices.
