Product details

Amplifier simulator with speaker simulation, ideal for live situations and recording. 11 amplifier types, controls for bass, mid, treble, level, gain, and ambience. 32-bit/96 kHz sound quality. Send/Return for post-amp effects. Mono input and stereo outputs. 3.5 mm headphone jack. Weight: 450 g. Dimensions: 73 x 129 x 59 mm.

The Boss IR-2 Amp and Cabinet Pedal is a compact amplifier simulator and impulse response loader. This compact pedal offers 11 selectable amplifier types with top-notch speaker simulations from Celestion Digital. The classic tone stack control with bass, mid, treble, level, and gain is complemented by an additional ambience control.

The IR-2 features two amplifier channels that can be switched via a footswitch on the pedal or an additional optional switch. This makes the IR-2 pedal a compact solution for live situations and recording. It also includes a return/send feature, as well as a 3.5 mm jack for connecting headphones for quiet practice.

Through the two outputs, the signal can be sent directly in mono or stereo to a mixer, interface, or PA system. This ensures your live sound is always optimal, without the need for miking an amplifier. Using the USB-C connection and the IR loader software, you can load your own impulse responses onto the pedal. Power is supplied via a 9V battery or an optionally available power supply.

Included: Boss IR-2 pedal.
