The Boss FV-500L is an extremely sturdy volume and expression pedal. The 500L variant (low impedance) is the low-ohm version, making it ideal for keyboards, effects, and transmitters. The aluminum housing of the pedal, measuring 110 x 72 x 289 mm, makes it extremely robust and roadworthy. The expression out connection allows the pedal to be used excellently as an expression pedal to control parameters of other devices, such as delay effect units. The tuner out output is used to connect an external tuner, allowing for silent tuning. It is very appealing that the pedal moves very smoothly, enabling fluid changes without unwanted jumps.
