The valve 0142 is a servo-controlled diaphragm valve. A minimum differential pressure of 0.5 bar is required to open and close the valve. Depending on the applications, different diaphragm materials and modes of operation are available. The 3/2-way pilot valve can be easily converted from NC to NO by rotating it on the main seat. Position feedback from the pilot valve can be provided via a switch or NAMUR signal. The solenoids are encapsulated with a chemically highly resistant epoxy. For commissioning and testing, the 0142 is equipped with a manual operation feature. To reduce electrical power consumption during operation, coils with integrated "Kick and Drop" (KD) electronics in double coil technology are available. In conjunction with a device socket according to DIN EN 175301 - 803 Form A, the valves meet the protection class IP65 and NEMA 4X.
