The versatile 24-70 mm f/4 standard L series zoom lens features a macro mode for up to 0.75x magnification. It includes ultrasonic autofocus for fast and virtually silent focusing, along with UD and aspherical lenses for superior image quality. This lens is ideal for EOS cameras with a full-frame sensor.

With a versatile zoom range suitable for a variety of subjects, it offers a macro mode for up to 0.7x magnification and an image stabilizer for extended standby mode of up to four exposures. The lens incorporates two aspherical and two UD lenses, fast ultrasonic autofocus, and dust and splash water protection. The 9-blade iris diaphragm provides attractive bokeh.
