This sturdy plastic lens hood with a bayonet mount attaches easily to your camera. It blocks side light, preventing image issues such as lens flares and lack of contrast. Additionally, it protects the front lens from raindrops and absorbs minor shocks. The hood is matte on the inside to avoid reflections.
