The RF 100mm F2.8L Macro IS USM is the world's first autofocus macro lens with an incredible 1.4x magnification for outstanding images. With a ring to control spherical aberration, the bokeh can be varied along with a soft focus effect, making this lens an exquisite portrait lens as well. An adjustable control ring allows for the adjustment of spherical aberration, thereby fine-tuning the bokeh. At the same time, a flattering soft focus effect is applied. Two Nano USM motors ensure fast and quiet focusing for both photos and videos. The lens design also suppresses focus breathing, providing consistency. This L-series lens offers weather resistance and features a fluorine coating on the front lens that prevents dust buildup and water droplets.
