The fork light barrier from Di-Soric is a state-of-the-art electronic module based on the principle of optical light barriers. It uses an LED as a light source that emits infrared light to accurately detect objects. With a fork width of 10 mm, this module is ideal for applications where space and precision are critical. The fork light barrier operates with a supply voltage of 10 to 30 V DC and has a maximum idle current of 30 mA. It features a push-pull switching output with a maximum current of 100 mA and supports both NO and NC functions. The IO-Link interface (V1.1, COM2 38.4 kBd, Smart Sensor Profile) allows for easy integration into modern automation systems. The stainless steel housing ensures durability and resilience in demanding environments, while the operating temperature range of -25 to +60 °C allows for versatile applications.
