Each Mecanum wheel features twelve rollers, allowing the S1 to move forward, backward, sideways, diagonally, and to rotate. The rollers are manufactured using a two-component injection molding process, providing optimal ground adhesion while ensuring strength. The hard rubber of the rollers is made from high-strength, impact-resistant, and self-lubricating POM, while the soft rubber, made from wear-resistant TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), ensures stable and reliable movements of the RoboMaster S1. The damping rings are embedded in the wheels and absorb shocks and impacts during movement, resulting in smooth video and protecting the S1's housing.
