The LabelManager 420P label printer comes with a Li-Ion battery pack, a charger adapter with a 3-pin UK plug, a starter D1 label cassette, a USB cable, a quick start guide, and a warranty. DYMO Label Software is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS v10.5.8 or higher. This portable high-performance label printer can be used standalone or connected via USB to a PC or Mac to print labels from your computer in seconds. You can design labels on your computer using DYMO Label Software, copy text, or add barcodes, graphics, and logos. It is possible to create labels in a mail merge from spreadsheets and database files.

The large 4-line display with backlighting shows text effects on the screen before printing. There are 8 fonts, 7 font sizes, 10 text styles, 8 boxes, and underlines available. The printer is powered by a lithium-ion battery, eliminating the costs and hassle of AA batteries. It can print barcodes: UPC-E, Code-39, Code-128, EAN 13, EAN 8, UPC-A. An improved user interface and logical key sequence make creating all labels faster and easier – from creation to printing. The printer can print up to 20 copies of the same label and has memory for 15 labels as well as a text memory function.
