The Rhino 4200 vinyl label printer features a white 1/2" (12 mm) power supply and comes with a quick start overview and a protective carrying case. It requires 6 AA alkaline batteries (not included). The printer includes an easy-to-use, computer-like QWERTY, QWERTZ, or AZERTY keyboard for fast and convenient text entry.

It has one-touch access keys for creating and formatting wire and cable tags, as well as tapes, Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes, fixed length, general purpose, and overload labels. The industrial-quality label versatility allows printing of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" wide labels in various materials and colors, including direct printing on heat shrink tubing.

New features include a "Favorites" key for printing frequently used labels, symbols, and terms with one keystroke, and a "Custom" key that allows you to specify and save settings for custom label formats.
