Power relay for the semiconductor industry according to SEMI F47. This power relay supports up to 150 A with electronic drive. It is suitable for various usage categories: AC-1 for non-inductive or slightly inductive loads and resistance furnaces; AC-3 for squirrel cage motors, including starting and stopping during operation; and AC-4 for squirrel cage motors, including starting, regenerative braking, reversing, and creeping operation.

The connection technology features screw terminals. It is also suitable for motors of efficiency class IE3, with IE3-capable devices marked with the logo on the packaging.

These relays are designed for the semiconductor industry according to SEMI F47 and are ripple-free, making them ideal for building automation. The actuator can be used at frequencies from 50 Hz to 400 Hz.
