Power contactor for the semiconductor industry according to SEMI F47. This power contactor supports up to 150 A with an electronic drive. It is designed for various usage types: AC-1 for non-inductive or slightly inductive loads and resistance furnaces; AC-3 for squirrel cage motors, including starting and stopping during operation; and AC-4 for squirrel cage motors, including starting, regenerative braking, reversing, and creep operation.

The connection technology features screw terminals. Note that it is also suitable for motors of efficiency class IE3, with IE3-capable devices marked with a logo on the packaging.
