The Eaton 104431 power relay for the semiconductor industry is a highly advanced device specifically designed for demanding applications in semiconductor manufacturing. It meets the requirements of the SEMI F47 standard and provides reliable control of electrical loads up to 150 A. Equipped with an electronic drive, this power relay is suitable for both non-inductive and weakly inductive loads. It is ideal for use in resistance furnaces as well as for controlling squirrel cage motors in various operating modes, including starting, turning off during operation, and reversing. The robust construction and integrated protection circuitry ensure high operational safety and longevity, while the connection options via screw terminals allow for easy installation.
