The HomeMatic radio module establishes the connection between the HomeMatic installation (radio) and the Raspberry Pi as the central unit. It simply plugs into the GPIO interface of the mini computer.
This GPIO plug-in module features a HomeMatic radio module operating at 868.3/869.525 MHz and is powered by the Raspberry Pi. It is suitable for Raspberry Pi model 2 B and has a range of up to 100 m in open field conditions.
Please note that the module is delivered as a kit. However, all SMD components are already soldered, and only the pin headers need to be assembled.
