The Body Pack XL operates in the same way as the Fischer Amps Hardwired In Ear Belt Pack, but it features an additional microphone input, allowing you to mix a microphone signal with the incoming stereo or mono mix.
Additionally, there is a parallel-out socket for the microphone input, enabling the microphone signal to be looped through. The device is powered by a 9V battery or an optionally available power supply. It is an excellent compact in-ear solution, for example, in orchestras, when a musician wants to mix their own microphone signal with the incoming in-ear signal. The device is also ideal as a technician's tool for monitoring microphone signals.
