Fujifilm EF-W1 Wireless Trigger
The Fujifilm EF-W1 wireless trigger, which attaches to the hot shoe of the respective camera, allows for remote control of the EF-60 flash. For example, the TTL mode, manual mode, and FP mode (high-speed flash synchronization) can all be adjusted remotely. The light intensity can be regulated in 1/3-stop increments. In manual mode, it can be reduced to as low as 1/256 of the maximum power. This enables the user to achieve very precise lighting and thus maximum creative freedom.
The EF-W1 and the flash are connected via the NAS (Nissin Air System) wireless triggering system. It operates on a 2.4 GHz radio frequency and, unlike traditional remote triggering systems, works reliably over greater distances and without a direct line of sight. Additionally, the X-series and GFX system cameras are not only compatible with the EF-60 but can also be used seamlessly with Nissin flash units.
