The HRM-Run heart rate chest strap captures advanced running efficiency data and transmits it to high-quality Garmin Forerunner running watches. The seamless strap is comfortable, non-slip, and easily adjustable, while the module is small, lightweight, and as narrow as the strap itself.

The HRM-Run provides six running efficiency metrics: the number of steps per minute, the up-and-down movement of your running motion, the vertical movement of the torso in centimeters for each step, the time spent on the ground per step (in milliseconds), and the ratio of left to right ground contact time while running (in percentage).

For example, this is displayed as 53.2, along with an arrow pointing left or right. The length of your stride from one footfall to the next is measured in meters. Additionally, the ratio of vertical movement to stride length (in percentage) is shown. A lower value typically indicates better running form.

With the help of this real-time data, athletes can enhance their performance as they receive information to improve their running technique.
