The GoPro Hero12 Black and Insta360 Ace Pro are particularly impressive in terms of image quality and features. If, on the other hand, you want a lot of accessories, the Rollei Action One is the right choice...
The original remains number one. However, the predecessors, which are almost as good, are significantly cheaper.
All in all, the new GoPro Hero12 Black ascends the action cam throne. In terms of image quality, it is still the measure of all things. The new model also has a practical Bluetooth function and better battery life. However, with similarly good video quality, even better battery life and the better mouting system, the Osmo Action 4 is a good alternative...
If you already own a Hero11, you don't necessarily have to switch to the GoPro Hero12, as the differences hardly justify the new purchase. For all other action cam users, the 12 is a recommendation.
Detailed improvements make the Hero12 the best Gopro to date. However, if you already own the predecessor, you don't have to switch.
