Hammond aluminum enclosures from the 1550 series. A premium series of enclosures made from aluminum die-cast alloy for use in electronic measurement technology applications. It provides the user with an EVA foam seal included with the enclosure, offering protection against dust and liquid ingress. The robust and durable aluminum die-cast alloy is easy to machine yet very sturdy. Circuit boards can be easily mounted in the enclosure due to the low angle of the side wall. IP66 sealing options are available for installations in more hazardous environments. Available with a variety of finishes, including matte black polyester powder coating along with color-matched screws or with a natural uncoated vibra finish.
